On Wednesday, October 14th from 4-5pm at the Main Library, experienced educators Wendy Manninen and Vicki Marsh present their inter-generational, multi-sensory program Singing & Signing. Wendy and Vicki engage their audience with classic sing-a-long songs while using sign language. Come meet Toto the Tornado Kitten! This adorable cat was found as a kitten after the tornado that hit Brimfield, MA a few years ago. He was adopted by a very nice man named Jonathan who wrote a book about Toto's amazing story and brings Toto to visit schools and libraries and share his story! Jonathan will read his book and answer questions from kids. Most importantly there will be the opportunity to meet this amazing kitty! Shakespeare's A Comedy of Errors
On Wednesday, June 3, 2015, young actors and actresses in grades 4-12 from performed Shakespeare's A Comedy of Errors for family audiences at East End Veterans' Memorial Park in Peabody. These young actors and actresses participate in an education program at Stoneham Theatre where they develop confidence and self-discipline to help prepare themselves for a successful future. Family and friends of the performers, in addition to several library patrons and other Peabody locals, raved about their incredible performance on the park's stage!

Music and Movement Concert with Steve Blunt
Steve Blunt will be visiting the Peabody Institute Library on Tuesday, May 5th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Steve Blunt is a New Hampshire singer/storyteller with over 20 years’ experience in the arts and education.
